Grogan Receives WTI Wildlife Protector Certification
AnnouncementsKevin Grogan, CN Utility Consulting, recently received the WTI Wildlife Protector Certification.
The Wildlife Protector Program trains tree care industry professionals how to protect wildlife while maintaining work efficiency and complying with state and federal laws. WTI is the first and only organization of its kind dedicated to protecting nesting birds and other wildlife.
To fulfill program requirements, participants must complete three online training sessions, attend a green marketing discussion, and pass an exam. Once certified, participants are listed on WTI’s website as Certified Protectors.
Grogan began his career at CNUC in September 2010 after having previously worked for the U.S. Forest Service and for the Nevada Division of State Lands.
“This achievement speaks to Kevin’s professionalism and is exactly the kind of leadership we want at CNUC. We appreciate him taking the time and effort to go above and beyond for our company and our client NV Energy,” said Derek Vannice, vice president of operations for CN Utility Consulting.
