Spotlights

Five CN Utility Consulting (CNUC) consulting utility foresters received customer satisfaction awards from client Pacific Gas & Electric (PG&E) for their outstanding work July through December 2013. The awards were given based on the results of surveys, which were distributed to a random selection of PG&E customers.  Questions included topics such as communication with customers, professionalism, quality of work completed, and more.

CNUC awards include:

Quarter 3 (July, August, September):
1st place:  Rob Bruno
2nd place:  Torey Feldhaus
3rd place:  Ted Catechi

Quarter 4 (October, November, December):
1st place:  Torey Feldhaus and Wes Cruzen
