CN Utility Consulting President and Chief Consultant Stephen Cieslewicz will be presenting a Centre for Energy Advancement Through Technological Innovation (CEATI)  CEATI Vegetation Management Task Force webinar on Jan. 29. In the one-hour presentation, Cieslewicz will discuss the legal, regulatory and public ramifications related to tree and power line conflicts, and the tangible implications for utility companies. The presentation will cover issues ranging from fires and major weather events to personal injury cases. In addition to covering key cases, Cieslewicz will identify specific actions that utility companies can take to avoid future liabilities.
